Our Doctor

Dr. Seth Colman is a Florida native who moved to Atlanta in 2015. Dr. Colman earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Animal Science, with a minor in music. In 2013 he graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and Masters in Public Health (MPH). Prior to joining the Pharr Road Animal Hospital Family, Dr. Colman practiced as an Associate Veterinarian in Alachua, FL. He has been part of the Pharr Road Animal Hospital team since moving to Atlanta in 2015.  Dr. Colman has a strong background in medicine, dentistry and surgery. Dr. Colman performs multiple complex dental and surgical procedures weekly. His clinical veterinary interests include internal medicine, pain management, infectious diseases, and ophthalmology.

Dr. Colman has a strong belief in the human-animal bond and understands the special connection between people and their companions, treating each case with the attention and detail it deserves. Dr. Colman has established long-lasting and valued relationships with his clients and their pets over the years here at Pharr Road Animal Hospital. He enjoys educating pet parents and helping clients make informed decisions when the four-legged members of their family are sick. Combining years of experience, and working collaboratively with his colleagues, Dr. Colman is able to offer the most robust clinical care for each patient.

When not at Pharr Road Animal Hospital, Dr. Colman enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his spare time, Dr. Colman can be found exercising, playing soccer, traveling, playing the trumpet, painting, and is an avid college sports fan.
