Our Community Involvement in Atlanta, GA

We’re passionate about serving Atlanta, GA as its family vet, but we also love reaching out and helping our community in other ways. Our community involvement efforts give us the opportunity to help more pets and people and build a closer relationship with our neighbors.

Below are some examples of the contributions we’ve made to the Atlanta community. If you have questions or would like to get involved, call us at (404) 237-4601!

Furkids Fundraiser

After the tremendously hard year that was 2020, we felt called to support the local organization Furkids. This past holiday season, we raised funds to replenish Furkids’ emergency fund after it had been vastly depleted throughout the pandemic. We are honored to support this organization and help them achieve their goal of saving more pets’ lives!

Canine CellMates

We work closely with a local organization, Canine CellMates, to provide reduced-cost, quality medical care for dogs in the program, including free heartworm treatment. Canine CellMates works to unite rescued dogs from Fulton County Animal Services with men incarcerated in Fulton County Jail to improve the lives of both people and animals. The dogs are provided with love, affection, and training to prepare for their forever homes while their human partner benefits immensely from the shared human-animal bond. We’re proud to have supported such a great organization since 2012, and to continue helping these dogs become their healthiest, happiest selves as they prepare for their new homes!

Euthanasia Donations to UGA Vet School

We make a donation to the University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital in memory of each beloved pet who has been in our care. The day a pet crosses the rainbow bridge is one of the hardest days in any pet owner’s life, and it is our privilege to continue to honor our patients and their families in this way.
